The Thermodyn Excel spread sheet allows one to calculate Gibb's Free Energies for reactions under actual conditions and electron potentials. It was specifically designed to study chemical processes in microbial ecology and geomicrobiology. Please consult the "instruction" sheet for details on how it works and how to make reference to it. If you find errors, if you have additional values for free energies, enthalpies and entropies of formation, or if you have suggestions for improvements please send them to Kurt Hanselmann: i-research.training@hispeed.ch.
